- Perimeter: Length of boundary of a simple closed figure.
- Perimeter of Rectangle = 2(l + b); l is length and b is breadth.
- Perimeter of Square = 4b; b is length of side
- Perimeter of Parallelogram = 2(sum of adjacent sides)
- Area: The measure of region enclosed in a simple closed figure.
- Area of a trapezium = ½ x sum of the lengths of parallel sides × perpendicular distance between them.
- Area of a rhombus = half of the product of its diagonals.
- Area of triangle = ½ x base x height
