Subject :NSO Class : Class 2
I just want to confirm if any student studying in class 2nd not clear the NSO 1st level exam then what next is student will be eligible in class 3rd for the NSO exam or not.

Olympiads are conducted every year and each year's eligibility and performance is independent of previous year. You can very well sit for Olympiads next year even if you did not attempt NSO this year.
